We have a no return or refund policy unless specifically mentioned in any of our website, social media handles, ads, journals, newsletters or any other mode. 

Any return/refund or discount offered via any of our website, social media handles, ads, journals, newsletters or any other mode shall be applicable for not over 30 days from the date of publishing (unless otherwise mentioned).

You can however request for a full/partial refund in case of a genuine reason for not being able to avail our service by writing to us at teams@fitbuds.fit . We reserve the rights to take a decision on the request on a case-to-case basis. No claims would be entertained after 15 days of expiry of the subscription (date of purchase in case of a product or one-time service).

In case of litigations, settlement of all claims shall only be taken up in the district courts of Gurgaon,   Haryana (India).
