PROJECT TRIUMPH
6-Months, results-driven, intensive development journey designed for young athletes (10+ years) aiming to unlock their true sporting potential. The following 3 pillars are designed to help them develop the physical and mental edge needed to excel — both on and off the field.
A) Physical Conditioning: Athletic Skills Personalised, sport-specific training focused on strength, speed, stamina, mobility, and injury prevention, under the guidance of an experienced performance coach.
Frequency of intervention: 3 sessions per week (1 hour each)
B) Sports Nutrition: A customised 12-week meal plan for building lean muscle and improving recovery. Tailored to the child’s preferences, habits, and routine.
Frequency of intervention: Weekly consult + real-time chat support with sports-nutritionist
C) Sports Psychology: Fortnightly sessions with an experienced sports psychologist to co-create activities and strategies to improve focus, confidence, discipline, and resilience
Frequency of intervention: Fortnightly meeting with the sports-psychologist

A) Physical Activity and Fitness: Personalised, kid-friendly program with focus on basic movement, mobility, strength and stamina under a certified and experienced trainer.
Frequency of intervention: 3 (hourly) sessions/week
B) Nutrition: A 6-Months personalised plan that takes into consideration the choices and interests of the child.
Frequency of intervention: Weekly consult + real-time chat support with kids nutritionist
C) Mindset and self-belief: An experienced psychologist who understands the kids emotional challenges and motivates them to follow the routines set under the program.
Frequency of intervention: Fortnightly meeting with the child-psychologist
